The Quiet Light Co., Ltd. will **never** request your bank account details, credit card information, or other financial information via email, direct message, text message, or telephone under any circumstances. We will also **never** instruct you to visit a bank branch or operate an ATM through any of these communication channels.
If you receive any such phone calls or messages, please remain vigilant and do not follow instructions from unknown or suspicious sources. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately through our official channels or call Taiwan's Anti-Fraud Hotline **165** for verification.
Please exercise extra caution when receiving calls displaying prefixes such as **"+"**, **"+2"**, or **"+886"**, as scammers may spoof caller IDs or impersonate legitimate companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Likewise, do not click on suspicious links or accept LINE friend requests or text messages from unknown senders.
Common scam tactics include falsely claiming that you have placed a duplicate order or that your payment has been mistakenly set up as an installment plan, followed by requests for you to perform online banking or ATM transactions. If the matter concerns your bank account or payment, please contact your bank directly. If anyone asks you to operate your bank account, provide personal information, or disclose financial details, you should refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
To further protect your personal information, we recommend that you update your passwords regularly, use strong passwords that combine uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers, and avoid entering your account credentials on public or shared computers.
