It features the "Natural Reposado" technique, where cherries undergo a controlled anaerobic rest before drying. Expect a vibrant profile of sweet cherry, dark grape, and a unique liquorice candy finish. An intense, fun, and highly structured cup that showcases the innovative spirit of Costa Rican coffee processing.
